The W Chicago City Center is a contemporary hotel housed in a beautifully restored historic building situated in the heart of the famed Chicago Loop.  Formerly the well-known Midland Hotel, the hotel lobby is famed for its rococo gold-leaf ceiling, vaulted arches, and rich mahogany and marble accents.  The W Chicago City Center is close to the Sears Tower, the Chicago Art Institute, music at Millennium Park, and the theater district.

A limited number of discounted rooms at our group rate of $259.00 per night plus applicable state and local tax has been secured for this meeting for the nights of Friday, September, 19 and Saturday, September 20, only.  These rooms are subject to availability on a first-come, first-serve basis.  A major credit card is required to secure your reservation.  A deposit for one night’s stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.  The deposit will be applied to your first night’s stay.  Guest rooms outside of the above listed nights are subject to availability and prevailing rates.

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, the W Chicago City Center Hotel must be notified by 4 PM (CST), 72 hours (3 days) prior to your date of arrival.  Cancellations received after 4 PM (CST), less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to your date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of one night’s deposit.
