Free Bus Transportation from the Convention Center to the JW Marriott Hotel

• Your buses will depart from the front entrance of the Rosen Centre Hotel, located immediately next to the Orlando Convention Center.  A map of the exact location is also attached
• Do not board the ASCO Buses located at the entrance to the Orlando Convention Center.
• Buses will depart at the following three times:
• 5:30PM
• 5:45PM
• 6:00PM

Dinner
Dinner begins at 6PM and will be served outside the symposium room, Mediterranean Ballroom Salon 4.   If you wish to have any special meals, e.g., vegetarian, etc., please inform a member of the Oncology Learning Center staff. We are glad to accommodate you. We have already received some of your requests, but we recommend that you please check with the Oncology Learning center staff to guarantee that everything is accurate for your special meal.

Symposium
The symposium begins at 6:30PM on Saturday, May 30, 2009  Mediterranean Ballroom Salon 4 located on the 1st  floor of the hotel. The symposium concludes at 8:30PM. A copy of the agenda and brochure is attached.


Free Bus Transportation from the JW Marriott Hotel Returning You to Your Hotel

• Your buses will depart the bus staging area of the JW Marriott Hotel, located immediately outside the symposium room.
• There will be 10 buses using all 21 of the ASCO bus routes to return you to your hotel.
• All 10 Buses will depart at 8:35PM according to the following ASCO Bus Routes.
